Baked peasant potatoes with sour cream and cheese sauce

The meat is washed, cleaned of unwanted skins, cut into cubes and lightly fried on all sides until white, then add 100 ml of water and simmer until the sauce is reduced.

When the sauce is ready, pour over the ingredients in the pan. Stir gently so that the sauce penetrates everywhere and put the tray in the hot oven, at medium temperature, for 30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the preparation begins to brown slightly.

Remove the tray from the oven and serve the food immediately, with pickles or a matching salad.

Natural potatoes

1 kg of potatoes
250 g margarine or butter
olive oil
salt,
pepper,
green parsley
2 cloves of garlic

The potatoes are washed, peeled and boiled in cold water with a little salt. When they have boiled, drain the juice and let it cool very well on a plate, then cut it into cubes and place it in a bowl. Pour over the potatoes the dressing made of melted butter, a little olive oil (enough to give shine), finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and mix gently so as not to crush the potatoes.

Baked potatoes

1kg potatoes,
margarine or butter,
salt, breadcrumbs

Heat the oven. Peel the potatoes, which must be the same size. Take each potato and cut it into thin slices, but not at all.

The potatoes thus cut are placed with the cut side up in a greased shape. Grease with fat and bake in the oven, in the middle, for about 45 minutes, until they get colored and are soft. Grease the potatoes with fat several times during baking. Sprinkle with salt and breadcrumbs towards the end of baking.


The first steps in the kitchen

As I said in the previous post, besides the boiled papans, I also prepared baked potatoes with sour cream sauce. Fast, easy and very tasty.
To prepare we need:
500gr potatoes
50 gr butter
120gr sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
cheese (or cheese)
SPICES

Cut the potatoes into suitable slices and season with salt, pepper and parsley (or whatever other spices you want). Grease the pan in which they are to be placed well with butter and then place the potatoes in 2 layers.

Separately, beat the two eggs well, well as for the omelet. Then add the sour cream, and at the end add the 2 tablespoons of flour. Homogenize the composition well and pour over the potatoes. Put the tray in the oven until the potatoes are done and the sauce is bound. It takes about 30-40 minutes (on a low to medium heat) but it doesn't hurt to take a look at them from time to time.

When they are almost ready, take them out of the oven, put a very generous layer of cheese or cheese (according to your preference) and put the tray in the oven a little enough to brown a little.

Terra, there are many ways to prepare these potatoes. Probably everyone adapted the original according to the "house habits" and taste.
Probably in the recipe you know, the pepper replaced the paprika, which I used. :)

- 4 potato chips
- A big onion
- 1/4 cup oil
- a teaspoon of hot paprika
- 2 teaspoons paprika

- optional 3-4 slices of smoked muscle

I don't know how it happens to others, but I always run out of ideas when it comes to making garnishes for the second kind. I always think I'm tired of rice, the classic puree or vegetable garnish. Luckily I remembered the delicious peasant potatoes! I served them with the liver in a cauldron and the plates were immediately emptied! Even my one-year-old nazdravan liked it madly.

The recipe is very simple: peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces that are boiled. It is preferable to steam them, so they come out less crumbly, but even boiled in water they do not come out bad.

When the potatoes are cooked, heat the oil and add the chopped onion, quite large and the smoked muscle, if you like. Leave to brown until the onion becomes glassy.

Add the spices and salt and leave it on the fire for about 2-3 minutes, until the paprika is browned. The sauce should be pretty well bound at this point.


Macaroni with baked cheese sauce

ingredients : 400 g snail paste, 1 salt powder, 50 g butter, 30 g flour, 550 ml liquid cream for cooking, 1 white pepper powder, 180 g grated Parmesan, 300 g Emmentaler cheese or grated Gouda cheese

Method of preparation: Boil salted water in a pot. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and boil according to the instructions on the package. In a deep frying pan, melt the butter and after it has melted, add the flour.

Mix well and cook the flour for about 1-2 minutes. Pour the sour cream into a thin thread for cooking, mix in a pan with a spatula until the sauce begins to thicken.

After it has thickened, take the pan off the heat and add salt, pepper, 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese and grated Emmentaler cheese. Mix the ingredients well until the cheese melts and we get a thick sauce.

Drain the cooked pasta and place it over the sauce in the pan and mix gently to cover the sauce.

Transfer the pasta to a pan, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake the pan in the oven at 180 °.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes depending on each oven, the pasta should be lightly browned on the surface. Macaroni in cheese sauce is served hot.


The restaurant at home

My husband bought 2 beautiful pieces of about 200 g each of salmon fillets and I was thinking of making it in a simple way, to keep the divine taste. Next to him, some cream potatoes.

We need :
- 2 pieces (about 200 g each) salmon fillets, 2 bay leaves, salt, pepper, basil, 1 lemon, oil
- for the garnish: - 3-4 potatoes, 200 g sour cream, 50 ml milk, 1 teaspoon flour, salt, 50 g butter, 1 clove garlic, cheese

We prepare like this:
The salmon is washed and wiped with an absorbent napkin. In a tray place a piece of aluminum foil, pour a little oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried basil. Place the salmon fillets, season with salt and pepper. and dried basil, place a bay leaf and a slice of lemon on each piece. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top, sprinkle with a little oil and wrap in foil. Bake for 15 minutes on the right heat. .
For the garnish, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in half in salted water. Squeeze the juice and place in a pan greased with butter. Mix the sour cream with the milk, flour and crushed garlic clove. Pour on top. potatoes and bake for about 20 minutes. Grate cheese on top and serve hot.

The salmon is very tender and very tasty, and the potatoes with sour cream, with a little garlic taste, I think go very well with it.

Baked potatoes: how to prepare

Boil the potatoes in their skins, adding a little salt to the water. When the potatoes are cooked (not very hard boiled, they are also baked), peel them. Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter, and grate on the large grater half the amount of potatoes.

Grate half the cheese and half the cheese over the first layer of potatoes, place half of the sliced ​​ham as thin as possible and then add the second layer of grated potatoes.
