HOW TO PREPARE OVEN FINGERS & Thai Rice Recipe:

- 1 small carrot
- 2 eggs
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- salt pepper
- flour
- pesmet

Cut the onion into small pieces. Then we grate the potatoes and the carrot.
Chop the cod fillet on the robot and then mix with the onion, potatoes, carrot, an egg and finely chopped parsley. In the end we should get a composition like meatballs. Salt and pepper.

As long as we heat the oven to 190-200 degrees, we start to prepare the 'fingers'.
We put in a plate about 100g of flour, in another 100g of breadcrumbs and in the last one an egg that we beat well.
We shape some longer shapes and then we go through flour, egg and breadcrumbs (in that order).

Place in a tray that we have lined with baking paper (to make our lives easier) and leave in the oven until well browned. And that's about it.


A delicious snack that even the most capricious child will love. Cut the chicken into very small cubes and mix it with boiled vegetables and cheese, until you get small meatballs. Then fry them and give the little one a delicious meal, rich in healthy protein!
