  • for dough:
  • 400 gr flour

  • salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • for filling:
  • 500-600 gr broccoli
  • 350 gr fresh sausage
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Broccoli and sausage pie:

mix all the ingredients for the dough (be careful that the salt does not come into direct contact with the yeast because the dough does not grow), then knead well and leave to rise for about 60 minutes.

meanwhile we clean and wash the broccoli bouquets and boil them in salted water. When they are almost cooked, put the cleaned (whole) garlic cloves in a pan with a drop of oil and let them take on a little color, then add the sausage (remove the skin). Leave it for a few minutes, then add the drained broccoli and We skipped them a little, then set them aside.

When it is risen, take the dough and spread a fairly wide sheet, put it in a tray lined with baking paper and let the edges fall out; put the filling, level it and pull the edges to the middle of the pie where we close it. at 200 ° for 30 min.


Pie with vegetables and cheese sauce

In a pan, in a little oil and butter, sauté the vegetables cut into equal sizes of 2-3 cm.

Let the vegetables cool and then add 50g of mozzarella, finely chopped parsley, an egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients well.

We cut the dough sheet to a size of 15 cm wide and 20 cm long.
Divide the vegetable composition into 4. Add the first part of the composition along the length of the cut and stretched dough. Wrap the longer side and roll to the end. Grease the pie with beaten egg and add the seed mix.

Bake the pies in the oven at 200 ° Celsius for 20 minutes.

For the sauce, boil the cream in a kettle. After it has boiled, take the kettle off the heat and add the grated cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and are incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.

Pasta with broccoli and sausages

It is known that my recipes are quick and easy to prepare. When I write that it takes you 20 minutes to make a recipe like that and it is. It is known that my recipes are cheap and good, always for a smaller budget. I often write the price and if I have time I promote certain products that I bought.

And it is known that when I praise a recipe I do it rightly.

The pasta recipe with broccoli and sausages meets all these qualities. It is very good, cheap, and fast.

Fresh sausages are used in this recipe, on which occasion I discovered that fresh sausages from Kaufland are really good, although they are quite cheap. Please do not use smoked sausages, buy fresh ones, you will see that they are made immediately.

I found the recipe in several versions, all just as fast, I show you the way I prepared it, I used cooking cream to make the sauce more creamy and I added a generous portion of cheese. The recipe says cheddar but you can also put mozzarella if you have it in the fridge.

Otherwise, the type of dough used is penne, I think they work very well but you can also use the bow or earrings, even broad pasta or in the language of the country where pasta is in power :), tagliatelle, orecchiette, farfalle.

From 500g of pasta you will get 4 generous portions or 6 smaller ones if you want to serve something else, although I think a glass of white wine is enough.

Pasta with broccoli and sausages

Ingredients 4 generous servings:

  • 500g pasta (pens, orecchiette, butterflies or noodles)
  • 600g fresh pork and beef sausages
  • 1/2 of broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100g parmesan or fine grated Romanian cheese
  • 150 g cheddar cheese or grated mozzarella
  • 200ml sour cream for cooking
  • fresh pepper
  • a little bit of oil

In a large pot put boiling water for pasta with a little salt.

We clean the sausages from the skin (they clean very easily) and fry them in a little oil. While they are being made, we keep unscrewing them with a spatula because they tend to gather larger pieces. Sorry for the expression but that's right :)

Until the sausages are done, chop the onion finely, as well as the garlic.

Meanwhile, the water boils, so we put the cut broccoli in the bigger bouquets and boil it for 3-4 minutes, then we take it out and put the pasta that we boil according to the instructions on the package.

When the meat starts to brown, add the onion, garlic and mix gently until slightly browned. Turn off the heat and add the cream for cooking. Add the Parmesan cheese and add only half. Mix well and add broccoli and drained pasta. If you don't have sour cream for cooking, add just a little water in which they cooked the pasta.

Season with salt and pepper and serve the hot pasta with a generous portion of Parmesan cheese on top.

  • 12 sausages, 2 egg yolks
  • a pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds to taste

Method of preparation:

First let the puff pastry thaw, then place it in a tray lined with baking paper and cut it into 1 cm wide strips using a special pizza knife.

Each second strip of dough will have to be folded in half, from the edge to the middle. Perpendicular to the dough strips, starting from the middle, put two sausages and cover them with the previously folded dough strips.

Then fold the strips of dough and place a new series of sausages covering again with the folded parts of the dough. Proceed in the same way until you have finished all the sausages.

I cleaned the smoked sprot from the ends and cut it into pieces. I mixed the fish pieces with the vegetable sauce from the pan. I chopped a handful of green parsley and added it over the contents of the pan.
